When Coverage Begins
Coverage for new employees begins on the 1st of month following date of hire.
Eligible Dependents
- Your spouse (if not eligible for coverage elsewhere)
- Biological and adopted children
- Disabled children who depend on you for support
- Children you are required to cover under the terms of a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO)

- Legal separation
