Requirements
- Complete your 2026 annual physical/well-visit before October 31, 2026.
Completing your annual physical
Annual physical/well-visits can be completed by visiting your Primary Care Physician or a virtual visit through MDLive.
Completion deadlines
Existing RailWorks enrolled employees (date of hire prior to November 2025) must receive their annual preventive exam by October 31, 2026 for the discounted medical rate in 2027. For employees hired from November 2025 throughout calendar year 2026, you will be eligible quarterly for the medical contribution discount. Complete both tasks to be eligible.
- Hired Jan 1 - March 31: You will be eligible to receive the discounted premium effective May 1st
- Hired April 1 - June 30: You will be eligible to receive the discounted premium effective August 1st
- Hired July 1 - September 30: You will be eligible to receive the discounted premium effective November 1st
- Hired October 1 - December 31: You will be eligible to receive the discounted premium effective February 1st
RailWorks Health & Wellness Reimbursement Program
The Health & Wellness Reimbursement Program is available to all non-union benefit eligible (work 30 hours or more/week) employees who have been employed with RailWorks for at least 6 months.
- RailWorks will reimburse eligible employees up to $250 per calendar year for fitness related expenses. All eligible expenses will require proof of payment. The Health & Wellness Reimbursement is considered taxable income.
How to Submit through SharePoint
Once approved, you will be able to submit for your Health & Wellness Reimbursement through Travel & Expense.
- ‘My Tasks’, select ‘Travel & Expenses’.
- ‘Overhead’ as the Classification then ‘Health and Wellness’ as the Account.
- To request access to Travel & Expense – Select ‘Asset Request’ on Share Point then ‘new item’
- Complete Section 1 and in Section 2 check ‘Travel & Expense’
- All claims for the calendar year must be submitted for reimbursement prior to December 31st. Late submissions or claims for expenses without receipts will not be accepted.
